The Group Pilates Reformer Plus Yoga Class is a 40 minute full body workout that uses traditional Pilates Reformer routines emphasizing form and proper body alignment. And it’s followed by 20 minutes of deep Yoga stretchings and relaxation.

Using springs as resistance, Reformer classes + Yoga increase core muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and range of motion in the joints.
